How to Show Employees You Appreciate Them

On the first Monday in March, employees are recognized for their hard work. While there is a special day set aside to officially celebrate your employees, it is important to make sure your staff feels appreciated on an ongoing basis. Many bosses often forget to thank their employees for a job well done and to let them know they are a valued part of the organization. However, there are also plenty of bosses who consistently show gratitude to employees. Taking the time to show your employees that you appreciate them has been proven to improve engagement, retention, productivity, and morale.
