P.O.W.E.R. (Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized) is an organization of women professionals from all different industries and professions on a national level. Tonia founded this organization as a result of her experiences in a male-dominated business world. She was managing and building companies for others and felt it was time to incorporate her knowledge and help women get recognized for their accomplishments. Through empowering, inspiring, and helping women collaborate with like-minded professionals, P.O.W.E.R. provides a foundation for other women to build upon so they can lead by example.

P.O.W.E.R. includes powerwoe.com, a website that allows members to highlight their career accomplishments and enables them to network and connect with other members. P.O.W.E.R. Magazine is a quarterly digital and print magazine that showcases celebrities and other hard-working professional women. Tonia has interviewed and featured powerful women in many fields including Susan Lucci, Bonnie and Anita Pointer of The Pointer Sisters, Trish McEvoy, Heather Dubrow, Bobbi Brown, Gloria Allred and many others. Having women share their stories of success serves as motivation and encourages other women who are working towards achieving their career goals.
